Webhook Automations

A webhook is a way for apps to talk to each other in real-time. We are thrilled to introduce two webhook automations: an incoming webhook that triggers a survey invitation to a respondent and an outgoing webhook that sends the survey responses to an external system.

Exclude response options from randomization

Exclude response options from randomization to maintain consistency. For example, keep "None of the above" or "Other" option in a fixed position while randomizing the rest.
